SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2005--IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.) (Nasdaq:IDTI), in conjunction with the City of San Jose, will host a press conference on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 to detail the company's purchase of a 20+-acre campus in San Jose's Edenvale Technology Park. IDT, a leading communications IC company, plans to relocate approximately 600 of its northern California-based employees from its current facilities in Santa Clara and Salinas to the San Jose campus beginning in summer 2005. Mayor Ron Gonzales and Councilmember Forrest Williams will speak on behalf of the City, and President and CEO Greg Lang and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Phil Bourekas will discuss the new site and detail its benefits to IDT.
