Abengoa Prices Public Offering Of 9.2 Mln Shares At $31/share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Abengoa, S.A. (ABGB) said it has priced an underwritten public offering of 9.20 million of its ordinary shares in Abengoa Yield plc by means of a secondary public offering at a price of $31 per share.

Abengoa will receive total proceeds from the offering of $285.2 million, less expenses and underwriters' discounts. In addition, the underwriters of the offering have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.38 million additional ordinary shares from Abengoa. The offering is expected to close on January 22, 2015.

Citigroup and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as global coordinators of the offering. HSBC and Banco Santander are acting as joint bookrunners.
