(CAS), a global distributor of specialty metal and plastic products, value-added services and supply chain solutions, reported a third-quarter net loss of $6.9 million, or a loss of $0.30 per share, compared to net income of $3.2 million, or $0.13 per share, in the prior year quarter. Adjusted non-GAAP net loss was $6.88 million or $0.30 per share, for the quarter.
