The Fund will be invested in fixed income securities listed or traded on recognised markets globally which are rated investment grade, or, if not rated, determined by the Investment Manager to be of comparable quality to securities so rated. There is no assurance that such objective will be achieved. The Fund incorporates environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) factors into its investment process and promotes certain sustainability characteristics. PGIM Fixed Income has determined that the Fund qualifies as a Light Green Fund, which is a fund that seeks to comply with the principles of Article 8 of the SFDR.
