The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. In addition, the Fund has sustainable investment as its objective. Information about sustainable investment is available in Annex I to this Supplement. Investment Policy In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest up to 100% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in a global portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of selected publicly listed companies with exposure to the theme of smart energy. The Fund will at all times invest at least 51% of its gross assets in Equity Participations.
