The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth through investments in long-term themes with a focus of dividend yield. Investment Policy The Fund aims to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 70% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in equities, equity rights and equity-related securities (including, preferred shares, rights issues, convertible stock, equity warrants (held as a result of a corporate action only), stock options, and initial public offering (IPO) equities and structured products on equities and equity-related securities) of companies which have their place of business or the major part of their business activities in the countries of Asia and the Pacific (excluding Japan) included in the MSCI AC Asia excluding Japan Index (the “MSCI AC Asia Countries excluding Japan”).
