The Sub-Fund invests primarily (meaning at least three-quarters of the Sub-Fund's Net Asset Value) in equity and equity-related securities (common and preferred stock, American depositary receipts and global depository receipts, securities convertible into or exchangeable for such equities)issued by large-capitalisation companies located worldwide whilst taking environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into account. Large-capitalisation companies typically refer to companies with a market capitalisation value of more than US$10 billion at the time of purchase, however the minimum market capitalisation threshold for the Sub-Fund is at the discretion of the Investment Manager.
