The remaining portion of the Subfund’s net assets may be invested only in liquid assets that are compliant with the investment strategy while observing the restrictions laid down in the Rules of the Subfund and in the applicable legislation. The Management Company provides that almost all net assets of the Subfund will be invested in the Master Subfund and only a small portion will be held in cash in bank in order to cover the current expenses of the Subfund and to fulfil the investor applications to redeem the Subfund’s investment units.
