Poland's Foreign Reserves Decline In June
(RTTNews) - Poland's official foreign reserves decreased from the previous month in June, data released by the National Bank of Poland showed Friday.
Total reserves dropped to $106.92 billion in June from $110.23 billion in May. The value of total reserves at the end of April was $109.09 billion.
The country had foreign exchange reserves worth $95.41 billion in June, lower than $98.2 billion recorded at the end of May. Meanwhile, special drawing rights (SDR) remained broadly unchanged at $1.58 billion.
Poland's reserve position in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) was $1.29 billion in June, slightly lower than the previous month's $1.26 billion. The value of gold reserves dropped to $3.98 billion from $4.67 billion, data showed.
