Poland Growth Remains Robust In Q2

(RTTNews) - Poland's economic growth slowed slightly in the second quarter, yet the pace of expansion remained strong, data from the Central Statistical Office showed Thursday.

Gross domestic product increased an unadjusted 3.2 percent year-on-year, after a 3.4 percent expansion in the first quarter. Growth matched economists' expectations.

On a seasonally adjusted basis, GDP increased 0.6 percent from the first quarter, when the economy grew 1.1 percent. Annually, the growth was 3.2 percent after a 3.5 percent gain in the previous three months.
