Macedonia Inflation Slows Sharply In August
(RTTNews) - Macedonia's inflation slowed sharply in August from the previous month, data released by the State Statistical Office showed on Monday.
The consumer price index rose 2.8 percent year-on-year, after increasing 4 percent in July.
Month-on-month, consumer prices rose 0.3 percent, following a 1.1 percent decline in the previous month.
Retail prices rose 1.3 percent annually, after a 2.5 percent in July. On a monthly basis, retail prices rose 0.5 percent.
