Bulgaria Money Supply Growth Accelerates In April
(RTTNews) - Bulgaria's money supply growth quickened in April, preliminary figures from the Bulgarian National Bank showed Thursday.
M3, the broad measure of money supply climbed 8.0 percent year-over-year in April, faster than the 6.1 percent hike in the preceding month.
Similarly, the annual growth in the narrow measure, M1, accelerated to 13.3 percent in April from 10.1 percent in March.
Data also showed that net foreign assets surged 20.4 percent yearly to BGN 46.34 billion in April, after a 19.9 percent growth a month ago.
