ARGENTINA: BCRA Tenders US$ 100 Million From The IMF At 27.12 Pesos

(RTTNews) - Argentina's Central Bank (BCRA) tendered another US$ 100 million in the second daily auction of US dollars. The average price was located at 27.1225 Argentinean pesos, with the minimum bid price awarded of 27.1000 pesos.

This is the second of a series of daily tenders to award dollars from the financing provided by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the equivalent of US$ 7.5 billion to cover expenses denominated in pesos, as requested by the Treasury. On Thursday, the financial entity tendered US$ 100 million at 27.40 pesos.

With the measure, the BCRA should sell US$ 100 million over 75 business days.
