YMCA of Dane County -- Moody's Upgrades to Aa2 Long Term LOC-backed rating of YMCA of Dane County, WI Series 2006; affirms VMIG 1
New York, March 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has upgraded the long-term LOC-backed rating of the City of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin Variable Rate Demand Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2006 (YMCA of Dane County Project) (the Bonds) to Aa2 from A2. Moody's has also affirmed the VMIG 1 short-term rating of the Bonds. These rating actions result from substitution of the LOC supporting the bonds. The substitute LOC is provided by US Bank, National Association (The Bank). It replaces an LOC provided by Associated Bank, N.A.
