Volkswagen Bank, S.A. -- Moody's assigns Aaa.mx to Volkswagen Bank's certificados bursátiles
Mexico, November 21, 2014 -- Moody's de México assigned an Aaa.mx long-term Mexican national scale senior debt rating to Volkswagen Bank, S.A. (VW Bank)'s proposed issuance of Mx$1 billion certificados bursátiles of up to four years due 2018 (VWBANK 14), with a stable outlook. At the same time, Moody's Investors Service assigned an A3 long-term global local currency senior debt rating to these notes, with a positive outlook.
