New York, December 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said the announcement by Visteon Corporation (Visteon ) that it has entered into an agreement to sell its approximately 70 percent ownership interest in Halla Visteon Climate Control Corp. (HVCC) for approximately $3.6 billion is a credit negative event, but does not currently impact Visteon's B1 Corporate Family Rating, Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating at SGL-3, and stable rating outlook.
