London, 20 March 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today placed on review for downgrade the following ratings of Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi A.S.: Baa3 and Prime-3 long- and short-term local and foreign currency issuer ratings. This rating action on Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi follows the 18th March 2014 rating action on its 50% shareholder, Turkiye Is Bankasi AS (Isbank: deposits (domestic) Baa2, on review for downgrade, BFSR D+, stable / BCA baa3), see "Moody's reviews for downgrade the ratings of 10 Turkish banks", released on 18 March 2014. Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi's other ratings are unaffected by today's rating action.
