Team Health, Inc. -- Moody's reviews Team Health for downgrade on IPC Healthcare acquisition

New York, August 04, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Services placed the Ba2 Corporate Family Rating and Ba2-PD Probability of Default Rating of Team Health Holdings, Inc. ("Team Health") under review for downgrade, following the company's announcement on August 4, 2015 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IPC Healthcare Inc. ("IPC Healthcare") in a transaction valued at $1.6 billion or $80.25/share. IPC Healthcare is a national acute hospitalist and post-acute provider organization. IPC Healthcare had reported revenues and EBITDA for the LTM period ended June 30, 2015 of $714 million and $78 million, respectively.
