Takko Fashion S.a r.l. -- Moody's changes outlook on Takko's ratings to negative from stable; affirms the ratings
London, 08 April 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed from stable to negative the ratings outlook of Takko Fashion S.a.r.l., ("Takko" or "the company"). The ratings affected include Takko's Corporate Family Rating (CFR) of B3 and probability of default rating (PDR) of B2-PD and B3 rating of EUR525 million senior secured notes due 2019 issued by Takko Luxembourg 2 S.C.A. At the same time, Moody's affirms Takko's ratings.
