Syncreon Group B.V. -- Moody's downgrades syncreon's Corporate Family Rating to B3; outlook is stable
New York, July 14, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") downgraded the Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") of syncreon Group Holdings B.V. ("syncreon") to B3 from B2 and the Probability of Default Rating ("PDR") to B3-PD from B2-PD. Concurrently, Moody's downgraded the rating of syncreon's $517 million term loan due 2020 to B1 from Ba3 and the rating of the $225 million senior unsecured notes due 2021 to Caa2 from Caa1. The rating outlook was revised to Stable from Negative.
