Sundial Group LLC -- Moody's Assigns First Time CFR of B3 to Sundial; Outlook Stable
New York, September 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) today assigned a first time B3 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and Caa1-PD Probability of Default rating to Sundial Group LLC. Moody's also assigned a B3 rating to the senior secured revolving credit facility and senior secured term loan of Sundial Group Holdings LLC. Proceeds of the issuance will be used to fund Bain Capital's acquisition of a 49% stake in the company.
