Southeast (Town of) NY -- Moody's removes negative outlook; affirms Aa3 on the Town of Southeast's (NY) $4.8 M outstanding GO parity debt

New York, October 15, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the Aa3 rating and removes the negative outlook on the Town of Southeast's (NY) $4.8 million outstanding general obligation debt. The bonds are secured by the town's general obligation limited tax pledge as limited by the Property Tax Cap - Legislation (Chapter 97 (Part A) of the Laws of the State of New York, 2011).
