Sharjah Sukuk Limited -- Moody's assigns definitive rating of A3 to Sharjah's sovereign sukuk
Singapore, September 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has assigned a definitive rating of A3 to the US dollar Trust Certificates issued by Sharjah Sukuk Limited ("the Issuer"), a special purpose vehicle established in the Cayman Islands by the Government of Sharjah. The payment obligations associated with these certificates are direct obligations of the Government of Sharjah.
