Reliance Standard Life Global Funding II -- Moody's rates Reliance Standard Life Global Funding II's $3 billion GMTN program (P)A2
New York, April 10, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a (P)A2 long-term provisional debt rating with a stable outlook to the funding agreement-backed global note program of Reliance Standard Life Global Finding II (RSLGFII). RSLGFII is a special purpose statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. Under the program, RSLGFII may from time to time issue funding agreement-backed notes denominated in US dollars or other currencies to US institutional debt investors and non-US investors.
