New York, February 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a (P)Baa2 rating to Piedmont Operating Partnership's senior unsecured shelf and a (P)Baa3 rating to Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc.'s preferred stock shelf. Moody's also affirmed Piedmont Operating Partnership's existing Baa2 issuer rating and Baa2 senior unsecured notes rating. The ratings outlook is stable.
