Philippine National Bank -- Moody's downgrades two Philippine banks' subdebt ratings on increased bail-in risk
Singapore, September 05, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it has downgraded the subordinated debt (subdebt) ratings of two Philippine banks following a review launched onin 3 June 3rd to re-assess the probability of government support that was assumed for this debt class. The two banks affected are Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and Philippine National Bank (PNB).
