PetroQuest Energy, Inc -- Moody's revises PetroQuest's PDR to Caa3-PD/LD; affirms CFR
New York, March 03, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") revised PetroQuest Energy, Inc.'s (PetroQuest) Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to Caa3-PD/LD from Caa3-PD. At the same time, Moody's affirmed PetroQuest's Corporate Family Rating (CFR) at Caa3, its unsecured notes rating at Ca, and its Speculative Grade Liquidity (SGL) Rating at SGL-4. The ratings outlook remains negative.
