Orbotech Ltd -- Moody's assigns definitive B1 loan rating to Orbotech

Frankfurt am Main, October 20, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned today a definitive B1 corporate family rating (CFR) to Orbotech Ltd ("Orbotech"), a manufacturer and service provider of yield enhancing and production solutions for the supply chain of the electronics industry. Moody's has also assigned a definitive B1 rating to the USD300 million guaranteed senior secured term loan borrowed by Orbotech Inc., which was used to finance the acquisition of SPTS Technologies Group Limited ("SPTS"), a UK-based company and assigned a B1-PD Probability Default Rating (PDR). The outlook is stable.
