Aa2 long-term rating also affirmed in conjunction with SBPA substitutionNew York, September 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded to VMIG 1 from VMIG 2 NYC Municipal Water Authority Fiscal 2011 Series FF-2 the rating for the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's$100 million outstanding Water and Sewer System Second General Resolution Revenue Bonds, Adjustable Rate Fiscal 2011 Subseries FF-2 (the Bonds) in connection with the substitution of the current liquidity facility with a new Standby Bond Purchase Agreement (SBPA) provided by Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale (Helaba or the Bank). The new SBPA will replace the current SBPA provided by KBC Bank N.V. Concurrently, we have affirmed the long-term Aa2 rating.
