New York City Industrial Development Agcy, NY -- Moody's reinstates LOC-backed A1/VMIG 1 to $50M NYC IDA Liberty Rev. Bonds, Series 2007 (123 Washington LLC)
New York, February 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned credit enhanced A1/VMIG 1 rating to New York City Industrial Development Agency Liberty Revenue Bonds, Series 2007 (123 Washington LLC Project) (the Bonds). The reinstatement of the rating is in connection with the issuance of a direct pay letter of credit (LOC) by Bank of China, Limited (the Bank) in support of the Bonds. The rating had been withdrawn on March 7, 2010 following the expiration of the original LOC supporting the Bonds.
