Moog Inc. -- Moody's withdraws Moog's ratings following rated debt repayment

New York, January 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service is withdrawing the credit ratings of Moog Inc. ("Moog") including its Ba2 corporate family rating, SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating and stable outlook following the repayment of the company's rated debt with revolver borrowings.
