Moody's says Keystone XL rejection reflective of increasing challenges for Cdn oil producers
Toronto, November 06, 2015 -- The long-anticipated rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline by the Obama administration has no near term impact on the companies producing oil in Canada today as there is sufficient takeaway capacity, but it is reflective of increasing industry challenges.
