Moody's reviews YMCA of Dane County, WI's LOC-backed Bonds Series 2006
New York, February 26, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has, at the issuer's request, reviewed documentation submitted to us in connection with issuance of a substitute letter of credit (LOC) in support of the City of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin Variable Rate Demand Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2006 (YMCA of Dane County Project) (the Bonds). On March 10, 2016 an LOC provided by U.S. Bank National Association (the Bank) is scheduled to replace the existing LOC provided by Associated Bank, N.A.
