Moody's reviews University of Chicago Medical Center LOC-backed Ser. 2011B Bonds

New York, April 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investor Service, at the request of the University of Chicago Medical Center, has reviewed documents submitted to us in connection with the issuance of substitute letter of credit in support of Illinois Finance Authority Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 B (The University of Chicago Medical Center) (the Bonds). The substitute letter of credit will be provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (the Bank), and will replace the current letter of credit issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
