Moody's requests comment on a revised methodology for pre-refunded and escrow-backed bonds
New York, October 02, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service is requesting comment from market participants on proposed revisions to its methodology for rating pre-refunded and escrow-backed bonds. The proposed methodology would replace the methodology "Rating Methodology: Refunded Bonds," published in June 2007.
