Moody's: Repackaged Asset-Backed Securities Limited Series 2015-5 Notes' rating unaffected by changes to Organizational Documents

New York, November 08, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that amendments to the organizational documents of Repackaged Asset-Backed Securities Limited (the "Issuer"), specifically a new Constitution of the Issuer as a "designated activity company" limited by shares (the "New Constitution") under the Irish Companies Act 2014 (the "Act"), and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the reduction or withdrawal by Moody's of its current rating assigned to the Series 2015-5 Class A Floating Rate Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the New Constitution could have non-credit-related effects.
