Moody's: Policy difference between Colombia's presidential candidates to have limited credit implications
New York, June 12, 2014 -- Although the two candidates have staked out markedly different positions with regard to negotiating with the FARC, Moody's Investors Service says whoever wins Colombia's 15 June presidential run-off election, he is unlikely to change Colombia's macroeconomic framework sufficiently to have a material impact on credit quality. Moody's maintains a Baa3 rating on Colombia, with a positive outlook.
