Moody's: No ratings impact on Dryrock Issuance Trust card ABS following January 2, 2014 account addition

New York, January 03, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the designation of approximately 412,000 accounts, and the addition of approximately $1.0 billion of receivables related to such accounts, equal to approximately 22% of the current trust size, to the Barclays Dryrock Issuance Trust on January 2, 2014 (the Addition), in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes (the Outstanding Notes) issued by the Barclays Dryrock Issuance Trust.
