Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank card ABS following accounts addition

New York, August 19, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the designation of approximately 488,000 accounts, and the addition of an approximate receivables balance of $1.25 billion related to such accounts, to the Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I on 15 August 2014 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust.
