London, 14 August 2015 -- Moody's Investor Service announced today that the outsourcing of mortgage servicing operations to Capita Business Services Limited (not rated), "Capita", from Platform Funding Limited, "PFL", wholly-owned subsidiary of Co-operative Bank PLC (Caa2/NP), would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes ratings assigned to Leek Finance Number Seventeen PLC, Leek Finance Number Eighteen PLC, Leek Finance Number Nineteen PLC and Silk Road Finance Number Three PLC. Regarding Leek Finance Number Seventeen PLC, the sub-servicing agreement also contemplates the outsourcing of the servicing duties to Capita from Mortgage Agency Services Number Six Limited, "MAS6", (not rated) and this also would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes ratings.
