Moody's: No negative ratings impact on a Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. -serviced RMBS deal due to amendment to allow financing of servicer advances
New York, September 30, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that an amendment to the securitization servicing agreement related to the deal referred to below that has been proposed by Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. acting as servicer, would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the securities issued in the affected transaction listed in this announcement.
