Moody's: No negative rating impact on notes issued by four French Auto ABS following the change of control of some transaction parties
Madrid, February 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that amendments made to the control and ownership structure of some transaction parties in four Transactions, executed on 16 December 2014 and effective on 2 February 2015 will not, in and of themselves, at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the outstanding notes ("Notes") issued under the respective Transactions.
