Moody's: No impact on ratings due to certain amendments proposed by PCL Funding I Limited
London, 01 July 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") announced today that certain amendments executed by PCL Funding I Limited (the "Issuer") on 30 June 2015 (the "Amendments") will not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Term Notes' and Variable Funding Notes' ratings issued by the Issuer.
