Moody's: ML-CFC 2007-5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, April 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Holder of the Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class has elected to terminate C-III Asset Management LLC ("C-III") as the Special Servicer and to appoint CWCapital Asset Management LLC as the replacement Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
