Moody's: Mexican sub-sovereign fiscal deficiencies prevent rating upgrades
Mexico, February 18, 2014 -- Following the upgrade of Mexico's sovereign rating to A3 from Baa1 on February 05, Moody's affirmed the ratings of all Mexican rated states and municipalities.
