Moody's: Longport Funding II Ratings unaffected by Designation of Hedge Early Termination Date.

New York, October 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the designation by Longport Funding II, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), an SF CDO, of an early termination date in respect of the existing swap transaction to which the Issuer is a party (the "Early Termination Date Designation") will not in and of itself and at this time result in the withdrawal, reduction or other adverse action with respect to the current Moody's ratings (including any private or confidential rating) of the Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Early Termination Date Designation could have non-credit related effect.
