Moody's: LBCMT 2007-C3 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights for the Rosslyn Portfolio Loan
New York, May 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Controlling Note Holder and Majority Subordinate Certificate holder has elected to transfer special servicing for the Rosslyn Portfolio Loan to Midland Loan Services, a division of PNC Bank, N.A. from LNR Partners LLC. The Proposed Transfer will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the governing documents.
