Moody's: JPMCC 2007-LDP10, CSMC 2007-C2 & JPMCC 2007-CIBC19 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights

New York, June 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Directing Certificateholder intends to replace LNR Partners, LLC as the Special Servicer and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"), with respect to the JPMCC 2007-LDP10 Mortgage Pool (other than the Solana, Skyline Portfolio and Americold Pool 2 Mortgages). JPMCC 2007-LDP10 includes the A-1 note (Controlling Certificate) for the 599 Lexington Ave Mortgage while the A-2 note is in JPMCC 2007-CIBC19 and the A-3 and A-4 notes are both in CSMC 2007-C2. The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
