New York, February 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that W2007 EQI Seattle Partnership, L.P. ("Seattle"), W2007 EQI East Lansing Partnership, L.P. ("East Lansing"), W2007 EQI Houston Partnership, L.P. ("Houston"), W2007 EQI Orlando 2 Partnership, L.P. ("Orlando"), W2007 EQI Augusta Partnership, L.P. ("Augusta"), W2007 EQI Urbana Partnership, L.P. ("Urbana"), W2007 EQI Savannah 2 Partnership, L.P. ("Savannah"), individually and collectively referred to as the Borrower for the Homewood Suites Seattle, Hampton Inn East Lansing, Courtyard Houston, Hampton Inn Orlando, Homewood Suites Augusta, Hampton Inn Urbana, and Towneplace Suites Savannah mortgage loans, has elected to defease these loans with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
