Moody's: Goldentree Credit Opportunities 2012-1 Financing, Limited ratings unaffected by changes to Indenture

New York, April 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that an amended and restated indenture dated as of April 13, 2016 entered into by Goldentree Credit Opportunities 2012-1 Financing, Limited (the "Issuer"), a CLO, (the "Amended Indenture"), and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the immediate withdrawal or reduction of Moody's current rating of any Class of Secured Notes. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amended Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
